We start by getting to know our customers -- your cats.
Yes! We think of the cat's as our client. Of course, you'll be welcome to weigh in too.
Next, we create a proposed design which is discussed and adjusted until it meets your approval. Next, we schedule the build, which is done both off site and on in order to limit disturbing your home.
